Ann Bracken holds a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and post graduate qualifications and training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in addition to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She is also a qualified EMDR Trauma Therapist, Mind-Body Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Ann is also qualified in Nutrition and Dietary Therapy and in Online Counselling provision. Ann combines her therapeutic work with a part-time lecturing position in Family Therapy and CBT in the Dept. of Psychology at Glendwr University. She is also a published author and feature writer on emotional and psychological health. Ann provides evidence based Online Therapy in Ireland, UK and Internationally.

Ann has private practices in Dublin, Ireland and Harley Street, London. She also provides consultations and supervision for clients and practitioners through her online counselling services.A lecturer in the department of Psychology at Glyndwr University, Ann is also a Senior Counsellor (p/t) at the world-renowned Lister Hospital, Chelsea. As a certified Mind Body Programme Trainer, Ann writes, delivers and facilitates workshops and training programmes for both clients and practitioners.
