About Awareness Plus Counselling
Awareness Plus Counselling offers you a personally tailored therapeutic approach by utilising multiple therapeutic models including CBT, Cognitive Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Reality Therapy and Mindfulness.
I offer you non judgemental, professional and confidential support. Our work together allows you to develop new skills and insights, heal old wounds, face your fears & become unstuck! Through awareness we can begin to make positive changes in our life. I am fully qualified and a member of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. For more information contact Carol.
I am available for one to one sessions at 46 Leeson Street Lower and offer Skype sessions for greater flexibility due to client demand.

Biography: Carol Noble is a fully qualified counsellor & psychotherapist and a preaccredited member of the IACP. Carol is an integrative counsellor and regularly includes cognitive behavioural therapy into her sessions. She believes that her clients are the experts in their own mental health and her role is to facilitate them to explore their issues and look at their options so that they can find solutions that work for them. Carol has a particular interest in depression, anxiety, LGBTQ and relationship issues.
