Hello and welcome to Bergin Psychological Services. Our Clinic has operated for the last 25 years, and it is our mission as professional helpers to provide you with a therapy space where you can think differently and grow and heal to achieve your full personal potential. We assess , diagnosis and treat ADHD , ASD , OCD , Depression and anxiety problems. We can help adults and children f from age 14 +

Having supported a countless number of adults and children in the community over the years, we know that ‘You’ have the ability to profoundly change your life and find peace of mind. As Clinical Director, I have gathered a small but highly skilled team who along with myself, who perform to the highest of clinical standards. Biography: Zak Powers (BSc (Hons) Psych, Dip Psych, MISIP, MPPS, ) is the Senior Clinical Psychotherapist of Bergin Psychotherapy Services. As a mental health professional he has worked in, and consulted for a number of industries, including both the public and private health care system in Ireland. In addition to his work in private practice, Zak has given a number of presentations to private companies over the years. Presentations which include topics such as stress management, C.B.T, weight loss, phobias and addictive behaviour. Zak has also trained and qualified in counselling and psychotherapy with Middlesex University London. He is also professionally trained and certified in suicide intervention and is an affiliate of the faculty of clinical health psychology at the British psychological society. He is also a full member of the International Society for Interpersonal Psychotherapy and the Psychologist Protection Society Trust.

Biography: In addition to her work with adults she is a qualified Play therapist and so we are also happy to accommodate children and young adults (age range 8yrs to 17 yrs.) Katarina has full Garda vetting. All Adult and child Sessions last for 50 minutes and therapy usually takes place on a weekly basis. If weekly sessions do not suit you , Katarina is happy to accommodate a different arrangement.
