Biography: Doctor Helen Howley, a native of Galway, qualified from National University Ireland, Galway in 1991. She completed her General Practice Vocational Training Scheme in Wales in 1995 and has worked in general practice since 1996. In 2001 she returned to Ireland and in 2007 set up Doughiska Doctors.She moved to her current premises in July 2011 to work in the same building as the HSE Galway East Primary Care Centre.
