My warm welcome to CBT EMDR Reborn Clinic, let me introduce myself, I am graduated Psychologist (1st Hons MSc in Applied Psychology, BA in Psychology, member of PSI) and qualified Psychotherapist (BA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, Prof. Dip. in Psych. and Couns., fully accredited member of IACP, fully insured) based in Dublin, Ireland. My interest and work is focused around anxiety, depression/mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and phobias. I am particularly interested in rare, challenging and/or understudied mental disorders such as personality disorders particularly borderline and antisocial disorder (DBT, CBT),  misophonia and other.  Additionally, I work with anger management, self esteem, shame, procrastination, relationship challenges, grief, attachment and other. I completed Suicide Prevention Training ASIST so I can be prepared to help you in your most dark moments. The approaches I use include EMDR, CBT, DBT, REBT, Schema Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy with the components of Positive Psychology. Choosing your own psychotherapist is very important. The relationship with your therapist is a key to your success. It is important for your therapy to feel connected with the therapist, to trust her/him, to feel safe within the space, to feel encouraged and empowered. Do not hesitate to raise your concerns, I am here to listen and find the way suitable for your unique journey.
