Services available:
Semen Analysis (Sperm Test): In a discrete environment samples can be dropped off and results will be reported back to the client and their nominated referring doctor/therapist within 24 hours. There are no waiting times to access our service.
DNA Fragmentation Assessment: This test is available at our Dublin and Kilkenny clinics.
Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI): We offer a boutique style service where each patient has a treatment plan tailored to their needs and in a discrete personalised environment, treatments are delivered with dignity by a small core team of specialists.
Donor Sperm IUI/ AI: For clients that require donor sperm to achieve a pregnancy, ReproMed clinics offer Donor Sperm IUI.
Ultrasound scans to track follicle development and endometrial growth:- for fresh IVF/ICSI cycles, frozen embryo cycles, or for donor egg cycles.Full access to blood analysis laboratory for all necessary blood work up, such as viral screening, genetic screening, pre-anaesthetic blood checks and full hormonal profiling.
ECG and physical examinations prior to sado-analgesia for Egg Collection are also available through ReproMed.
All medical services and examinations, including blood work up, scans and medical check-ups are carried out by our team of Consultant Gynaecologists, Ultrasonographers, Nurses (and Consultant Anaesthetists for pre-operative physical check-ups).ReproMed facilitates access to specialists in Ireland for patients who wish to utilise required clinical services prior to fertility treatments in Ireland or before travelling to clinics overseas.

Biography: Mr Keane is director of ReproMed at Beacon Court in Dublin and Southeast Fertility Services in Kilkenny. In 2011 he launched a satellite clinic offering diagnostics at FemPlus in Blanchardstown. In 2011, he opened two further satellite clinics with consultant gynaecologists, Dr Azhar Syed in Cavan and Dr Soha Said in Limerick. Mr Keane is also laboratory director at the British Regional Fertility Centre in Iraq, which will carry out 300 cycles of ICSI in 2011 and has a pregnancy rate of 30%.With a long and established career in fertility, Mr Keane has worked as a senior clinical embryologist in Ireland and America. He is internationally recognised as an expert in reproductive health whose lectures and articles have been published in Ireland and abroad. Through ReproMed, Mr Keane has brought together the best of Irish and international fertility experts and with his finger on the pulse, he identifies and explores advancements in diagnostics and treatment protocols.

Biography: Claire completed her PhD in 2006 and moved into the field of Human Embryology. She began her Clinical Embryology training at the largest NHS funded IVF centre in the UK, The Hewitt Fertility Centre, at Liverpool Women’s Hospital. She returned to Ireland in 2008 as Laboratory Manager of The Kilkenny Clinic. She was awarded an ACE certificate in Clinical Embryology in 2011 and joined ReproMed shortly after this.
