About South Dublin Counselling & Psychological Services
South Dublin Counselling and Psychological Services is a private practice staffed by qualified Counselling Psychologists who provide pscyhological assessment, consultation and psychotherapeutic services to adults, children, couples and families. Our Clinics are located in the South Dublin area and we also provide an Online Video Therapy Clinic for those clients who would prefer this option or find it difficult to access our Clinics located in South Dublin. Our integrative therapeutic practice includes both Cognitive Behavioural, Emotion Focussed and Mindfulness based approaches to therapy which have been shown to be very helpful to clients, particularly those experiencing life challenges such as,

Biography: Dr Catriona Brennan is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist fully registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland and the British Psychological Society. Catriona has worked in senior management positions across a number of sectors internationally, combining clinical and organizational expertise with over twenty years experience in the field. Catriona has also worked in senior positions in residential treatment environments for addiction and victims of violence. Catriona runs private Out-patient counselling services which specialise in the provision of CBT and EFT therapies. Her practice includes the provision of psychological assessment, and online counselling sessions to clients, where this is preferred . Catriona Brennan is the founder and Clinical Director of South Dublin Counselling & Psychological Services and the CEO of TOPCLINIC ltd.
