Biography: She works to release the stress, anxieties and negative beliefs that have been holding you back. Originally, she trained in coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Matrix Therapies & Hypnotherapy. However, once she learnt Tapping/EFT, it immediately became the primary tool that she used. While she incorporates all of these other techniques into her work, she found that EFT/Tapping is the most effective way of getting to the root of getting to the root of the problem, and making permanent changes.

Biography: She grew up in Limerick Ireland and moved to NYC in 1996. While in NY Mary studied English and Psychology and went on to a Master’s degree in Education. She taught in the inner city for 8 years and brought meditation and creative art into the classroom. She has been an intuitive all her life and became a Crystal Reiki Master and studied psychic development in NY. Mary channels guides and past loved ones during readings and healing sessions and uses crystals and the sound of the Tibetan Singing bowls to restore harmony to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Biography: She is a certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Kinesiologist. Her journey in the complementary therapy field began over 15 years ago with Reiki, Seichem, and Integrated Energy Therapy among others, but it wasn't until 2010 when she started studying Kinesiology that Jillian knew this is what she had been looking for. She trained in Touch for Health, Applied Physiology, Neuro Energetic Kinesiology, Australian Flower Essences, and Phytobiophysics.
