I am a Counsellor based in Dublin city Centre available to work with individuals and couples who are experiencing issues and difficulties in their lives and relationships. Issues which I work with include sexuality, bereavement, mental health issues, couple/relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties and many more.

I have a great deal of experience of working with individuals having worked as a Counsellor since 2005 and working in therapeutic family support for 14 years.

Throughout my work I have found the huge benefit people can get from talking about what they are experiencing i the here and now regarding difficulties and exploring how the past may still be impacting the present.

The past does not always create difficulties for people and so the work can something focus only on the here and now with some issues and be short term in support people seek solutions to the difficulties.

For others there can be a need for more long term support to explore in more detail experiences they have had and which are impacting on their lives.
