Biography: Dr. Mackle qualified as a doctor from University College Dublin in 2000. She then worked in Australia for a year before returning to the U.K. She did a basic surgical training scheme in the United Kingdom where she did a six month period in plastic surgery. She then moved into General Practice and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She is on the specialist register of General Practitoners in Ireland. Dr. Mackle now works as a full-time General Practitioner in Adare, Co.Limerick. She completed the Diploma in practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in 2005. She has a special interest in eczema, acne,rosacea and psoriasis and continues to work as a tutor in Dermatology with Cardiff University. Dr. Mackle now offers a broad range of cosmetic dermatology services. She trained in Perth, Australia with Dr. Jayson Oates (Consultant Plastic Surgeon) in the Australian Academy of Cosmetic dermal science. Here she trained in administration of anti wrinkle injections to relax wrinkles in the face and neck. She also trained in the use of lasers & chemical peels. Dr. Mackle has also trained in the use of fillers with Q-Med.
