I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, receiving a first class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College. I am also a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to its ethical guidelines.  

With over fifteen years experience in the field of personal development,  I have an integrative style to counselling with a person centred approach at its core.  I call on a wide range of techniques such as Mindfulness, CBT, Gestalt and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to work with whatever a client may bring to a session. I endeavour to create a safe, supportive and confidential space for each person to explore their personal challenges at their own pace. 

I have experience working with both couples and individuals on a wide range of issues including (but not limited to) anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, sexuality and sexual abuse, addiction, intimacy and relationship issues, sports injuries and post traumatic stress.
