Biography: I am a graduate of University College Dublin, and the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. My early career was spent as a salesman in Britain, working my way up to a marketing management position with Lever Brothers. I then left, to join the Irish Management Institute in Dublin. I spent many happy years there as a Senior Management Specialist. It was at the IMI that I first began to develop my own style of management training - based on hypnosis !   I left the IMI in 1981 to develop my own independent practice. I then began to specialise in the area of Personal Development. And so I have been ever since...working as a management training consultant, coach & hypnotherapist.   I have  been a practising Hypnotherapist now for over 30 years.   I learned the healing art of Hypnotherapy, mainly through intuition & experience. However, I also studied under the NLP "gurus" Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Like every modern hypnotherapist, I was also inspired by the work of the late Milton Erickson. But I mostly owe Dr Dave Dobson of St Juan Island (near Seattle)...who inadvertantly "kick-started" me into this way of working, more than thirty years ago.
