A comprehensive Multidisciplinary clinic with Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Sports Massage, Reformer Pilates and a unique knee brace centre.
The three storey facility is pack with testing equipment allowing the clinicians to perform indepth clinical analysis, treatment and evaluation of treatment progression.
Isokinetic muscle performance testing to evaluate muscle deficits associated to injury and monitor muscle recovery following rehab and treatment.
Video gait analysis for both the physiotherapists and podiatrist analysing gait biomechanics and pelvic problems, running shoe evaluation and recommendation.
Reformer pilates 1:1 or groups of 3 for core stability work, utilised for most back/neck problems and also for general and sporting fitness.
The knee brace centre offers off-the-shelf and fully custom braces from OSSUR (CTI) and DonJoy. Ligament stability braces for sport and also the unloader braces for osteoarthritis. Post-op cartilage rebound brace to protect joint surfaces following microfracture or meniscal repair.
The comprehensive physiotherapy service treats necks/backs, shoulders/hips/knees/ankle and feet. From aches and sprains to post-op reconstructive or joint replacement surgery. With an inhouse gym facility to demonstrate the rehabilitation/exercise programmes prescribed.
Physiotherapy Bike fit service is the latest service offered. Video analysis of the rider on his own bike fitted to a turbotrainer. Measurement of joint angles and bike geometry for adjustment to suit the rider for comfort, performance and injury prevention. Suitable for Road cyclists/triathletes/mountain bikers and commuter/social riders.
