How It Works
1. Submit Your Review:
- Describe your treatment, experience, and satisfaction level. Photos increase visibility.
2. Verification:
- Identity confirmation via phone/email within 3-5 business days.
- Unverified reviews won’t affect clinic ratings.
3. Publication:
- Only guideline-compliant reviews are published.
Review Guidelines
Non-compliant content is removed without notice.
Authenticity & Verification
- Patients Only: Reviews allowed only from users who booked/received treatment via Clinictor.
- Two-Step Verification: Phone + email confirmation for all new reviewers.
- Fraud Detection: IP/geolocation tracking to block fake reviews by clinics or competitors.
Original & Helpful Content
- Reject copied reviews from other platforms (Yelp, Google, etc.).
- Required Details:
- Treatment type, cost, and value assessment.
- Staff behavior, facility hygiene, wait times.
- Before/after photos (recommended).

1. Medical Claims:
- Prohibited: Statements about treatment efficacy (e.g., "They cure cancer").
2. Defamation:
