Active Solutions is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of treatments delivered to the highest standards of clinical practice. Based in the Ascot area this unique centre offers a professional, welcoming, and friendly environment with excellent on site facilities. With special interests in clinical pilates and using two state of the art pilates studios, we are ready to help in every way. We also have a number of other professionals including Osteopathy, Podiatry, Nutrition and have classes including Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga.

Mrs Jennie Cottrell

Biography: Jennie Cottrell qualified from Kings College London in 2002 with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy. She initially worked in the NHS for 4 years gaining invaluable experience in neurology, respiratory and orthopaedics, as well as musculoskeletal physiotherapy which became her passion.

Biography: Diane Wootton is a clinical physiotherapy specialist with over 20 years experience working in the field of bladder and bowel dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain. She has a graduate diploma from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and trained at The Middlesex Hospital, London. Her NHS work is at The Hillingdon Hospital, Uxbridge and at The Grove Surgery in Egham and she treats men, women and children.
