Biography: Cath Leftley qualified as a chartered physiotherapist at Salford University in 1996 and started her career working full time in the NHS before opening the clinic in 2001.  Cath now works full time at the clinic and specialises in shoulder and elbow disorders.  She has an MSc in Musculo-Skeletal healthcare from Keele University, a diploma in joint injection therapy and practices acupuncture.  Cath is also a qualified Pilates Insutructor with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI).

Miss Laura Hay

Biography: Laura Hay has been working as a chartered physiotherapist since 2002 and qualified at the University of Manchester. As well as working at the clinic, Laura works full time at Manchester Royal Infirmary. She has a diploma in orthopaedic medicine; practices acupuncture for musculo-skeletal injuries and is a trained Pilates instructor with the APPI.

Kristina Wright

Biography: Kristina Wright qualified as a chartered physiotherapist at Teesside University in 2002. She has worked within the NHS for six years developing an early interest in acute neurology and neurological rehabilitation. Kristina currently works as a specialist physiotherapist in a community neurological rehabilitation team. She is a qualified Pilates instructor with the APPI and uses her Pilates skills both in the treatment of neurological clients and to deliver exercise classes.

She has worked extensively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at a number of North West hospitals, in private practice and in industry.Katherine has post graduate qualifications in orthopaedic medicine and acupuncture.  She has also studied advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy and pain management at masters level.  Katherine is also a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and has a great deal of experience in ergonomic and workplace assessments, return to work packages and the treatment of work related musculoskeletal disorders.  She is qualified Pilates Instructor with the APPI.

Biography: Zoe qualified from the University of Brighton in 1997.  She has worked within the NHS in London and Windsor before specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Following a move to the private sector, Zoe has extensive experience in both clinic and private hospital settings and with professional sports teams, including football, ice hockey and basketball.Zoe specialises in postoperative orthopaedics, sports injuries and spinal conditions.  She has postgraduate qualifications in kinetic control (core stability) and is currently supporting this with Pilates accreditation with the APPI.

Biography: Sara qualified as a chartered physiotherapist at Salford University in 1988. She has worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, predominantly in the North West, in NHS and private hospitals and also in private practice.  Early in her career she spent 2 years working as a physiotherapist for a rugby union team.  She has an MSc in Manipulative Therapy from Coventy University and is trained as a Pilates Instructor with the APPI.
