Biography: Catherine qualified as a physio at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2002 and is currently a member of the CSP, the ACSPSEM and the AACP. Also registered with the HCPC.Now an experienced physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, Catherine has worked at the London 2012 Olympic Games, the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the 1st European Games, Azerbaijan. Catherine has worked with rugby teams in the North East for many years and more recently has enjoyed working with the highly successful Newcastle Eagles Basketball team.Catherine also enjoys working with more alternative therapies such as acupuncture and craniosacral therapy, and finds these particularly successful for patients suffering from headaches, jaw pain and chronic back and neck pain.Catherine's passion for sports injuries comes from many years of sports participation, most notably playing for the Scotland women's rugby team.
