Biography: Earned his general Ph.D. diploma in 1987. He has worked for two years at the emergency room of Hospital Vac, then continued at the surgery department of the Erzsébet Hospital as abdominal surgeon. In 1991 he completed the specialist training of general surgery. Introduction Dr. Tamás Karvász In 1996 he completed gastroenterological specialist certification. In 1996 he started to get ready for Plastic surgery. During this period he has worked at all the leading departments of plastic surgery. Became a certified Plastic Surgeon in 1998 and was invited to the Péterfy S. street Hospital in Budapest where he was promoted to assistant professor in 2000 and achieved Head Doctor position in 2004. Started his private practice at the Kontur Clinic in 1998 and currently he is one of the owner of the clinic. During his occupation, following several offers exclusively made for him personally, in 2003 he established his private practice called ArtReal Plastic Surgery. The two plastic surgery clinic works together to povide modern background and professional treatment and post-op care for patients. Since 2005, 1 January he is only involved in private practice. Member of the and Hungarian Society of Plastic Surgery ( MPHEST ) and the International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery ( IPRAS ).
