Dr Arshia Khalid

Biography: Dr Arshia Khalid is a Medical Practitioner and has been working as a physician in Australia for 12 years. She believes in a personalised, collaborative and patient-centred approach in her work and is always prepared to go the extra mile for her patients. She has experience working as a medical officer in the Australian public health system. She has obtained a Diploma in Child Health from Westmead Hospital in Sydney. Dr Arshia has a great interest in HRT and women’s issues related to menopause. She has treated many patients with hormonal issues of all ages. She loves to listen with great respect, passion and sincerity and has experience in telehealth consultations. Her hobby outside of work is music and is a mother of two beautiful children. Besides English she speaks, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi. Currently, she is also working with Australian visa and immigration service as a Physician.

Her areas of interest are injectables ie antiwrinkle treatments and fillers, general dermatology, and laser treatments.

Dr Kathryn Chae

Kathryn has a wealth of experience in fertility health, menstrual disorders and PCOS, regularly consulting with patients presenting with complex health issues.After graduating from UNSW in 2008 she attained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2013. Biography: Dr. Sarah Lythgoe is a British-trained General Practitioner who fell in love with remote Australia. She completed her medical studies at Dundee University, Scotland, in 1985. Following GP training in the UK she gained experience working as a GP in the Shetland Islands before relocating to Australia. She has been a Vocationally Registered GP in Australia since 1995 and became Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2000.She is passionate about women’s health and healthy aging. She believes in a holistic healthcare approach that encompasses the biophysiological aspects of our bodies, nutrition, exercise, our spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being and includes social justice, community, and environmental factors.Residing on Yunbenun (Magnetic Island), off the coast of Townsville, with her husband, she has an active lifestyle including long-distance running and hiking, outrigger canoeing, and participation in a world music choir. She also loves baking and engages in yoga and meditation practices, reflecting her commitment to personal well-being.

Dr Natasha Paul

Biography: Dr Natasha Paul graduated from the University of Tasmania and continued training in diverse areas of medicine at Launceston General Hospital and Westmead Hospital.
