Biography: MD, FAADConsultant Dermatologist and Honorary Lecturer at the University of ManchesterGMC Specialist Register Number 4664857Dr Griffiths received her dermatology training at the University of Michigan, USA and the University of Manchester, UK.  An American Board Certified dermatologist and on the UK Specialist Register, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the British Association of Dermatologists. Currently a Consultant Dermatologist at the Dermatology Centre, Salford Royal NHS Trust, she has expertise in the diagnosis and management of diseases of the skin, hair and nails. As dermatology Training Programme Director for the North Western Deanery and Chair of the Specialist Training Committee, she is extensively involved in the recruitment and training of dermatology registrars at both regional and national levels.Dr Griffiths is an internationally recognised key opinion leader in the area of cosmetic dermatology. As Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester, she heads clinical research on various aspects of aesthetic medicine and frequently interacts with broadcast and print media on the subject, which has included appearances on the BBC’s Horizon Programme and Channel 4’s How to Look Good Naked.She is a founder member and President of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and is a spokesperson on aesthetic issues and Trustee for the research charity the British Skin Foundation. As past advisor to the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and current member of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) she influences both national and international policy relating to cosmetic procedures. In 2007 she was voted one of Britain’s top doctors by Tatler Magazine.

Biography: BSc Hons, Msc, MBA, NHS member Life Coach and NLP Practitioner Iza is an experienced coach and mentor with over 15 years experience in coaching, executive development and mentoring, and has led a number of large-scale cultural transformation projects across large UK and European companies. Together with each of her patients, she develops a way forward toward more optimum health and prevention, addressing obstacles which may otherwise prevent results in a natural, open and effective manner. Having experienced severe stress during her previous professional life as an international consultant, Iza has a keen interest and specialises in stress prevention and management, using practical and simple tools that allow clients to become self-sufficient and therapy independent when it comes to stress. She is extremely passionate about enabling everyone to live life to the full. Other areas of interest include: hypnotherapeutic therapeutical states sports performance non-liner leadership and problem-solving She plays a key role in assessing each patient and puts together all health programmes and new services at the Chelsea Bridge Clinic, working with patients and practitioners across a wide range of disciplines both at the clinic and within Ethos.

Biography: Vanessa trained and qualified in Canada, gaining a BSc and a Diploma in Nursing. She soon gained an interest in medical and cosmetic dermatology, acquiring several essential skills along the way.Her work at Ethos includes carrying out skin consultations, performing diamond micro-dermabrasion treatments, administering medical-grade facials, chemical peels and laser treatments. Vanessa also assists our Consultant Dermatologists with surgical and anaesthetic procedures, and is responsible for initial patient triage. She also provides essential input into the Body Bespoke Weight Management programme. Vanessa is fluent in both French and English – a great benefit to our international, francophone clientele.
