Biography: Dr Rey as his patients and colleagues fondly call him is a Post-graduate internship at the Philippine General Hospital and had a 5 year training in General Surgery specializing in cosmetic surgery. A graduate of B.S. Medical Technology at Far Eastern University and was a resident surgeon of FEU from 1982 – 1987. In addition, his extensive training in Aesthetic-Plastic Surgery in Japan, as well as his numerous affiliations in professional organizations is indicative of his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of surgery and considered to be one of the pillars of cosmetic surgery in the country, having been one of the pioneers of liposuction in the county in 1988.
