Biography: He graduated with a medical degree and a Masters in Science from Laval University in 2003 and 2004 respectively. After obtaining his certification in plastic surgery specialist from the McGill University in 2008, Dr. Luke honed his expertise at the Medical College of Wisconsin by a sub-specialization in microsurgery and hand surgery. He has also been actively engaged in 2009 as a plastic surgeon in a medical mission in Colombia. This involvement has allowed him to share his knowledge and passion in treating children in a developing country.
