Biography: Dr. Dimitrios Motakis is a graduate of McGill University, where he completed his medical degree (MD), his doctorate in medical research (PhD), as well as his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Motakis is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). After completing his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, he decided to further sub-specialize. He completed a fellowship in aesthetic surgery, training in the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques in cosmetic surgery and facial rejuvenation. He subsequently completed a second fellowship in breast reconstruction, gaining expertise in correcting the most complex and challenging breast deformities.
