Biography: Doctor Richard Moufarrège is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and has the Province of Québec Plastic Surgery Specialization Certificate.He is an accredited professor of plastic surgery at the University of Montreal since 1989 and has operating privileges at lHôtel-Dieu University Hospital where he practices reconstructive surgery.
