Biography: Associate Professor Sevgi Kurt, a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist, completed her undergraduate education in Diyarbakır and started her medical education at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa) in 2000. After graduating in 2006 and completing her compulsory service, she achieved a degree in the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS) and started her specialization training at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, earning the title of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist in 2012. During her training, she completed a microsurgery fellowship with Fu Chan Wei and Hung Chi Chen in Taiwan in 2012 and worked on breast reconstruction with Moustapha Hamdi in Belgium in 2014. In 2014, she successfully passed the written and oral exams of EBOPRAS (European Plastic Surgery Board Examination) and received the European Board certificate. After completing her specialist training, she worked at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital and received the title of 'Associate Professor' in 2019. She has scientific studies published in national and international journals and presented at national and international meetings.
