Biography: General Practitioner specialising in family medicine. She qualified from Dundee University in 1994 and completed her training in General Practice in Edinburgh. After several years working as an NHS GP in Yorkshire, Dr Owen moved to London in 2000. Dr Owen’s previous experience includes work as a Forensic Medical Examiner for the Metropolitan Police and she was the diabetes-lead doctor for a large practice working closely with a Consultant Diabetologist. Dr Owen is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and the Independent Doctors Federation.
