Biography: Dr. Lockwood is a Canadian Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who received his MD in 1979, and Plastic Surgery Fellowship in 1988. His postgraduate training has been in St. Johns, Toronto, Ottawa, and Winnipeg, in Canada; and in Salt Lake City in the United States. He has been practicing Plastic Surgery in Winnipeg, Manitoba, since 1989. Biography: Dr. Avi Islur is a board certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon who has performed over 10,000 procedures. He has trained many other cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeons around the world, is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba and has volunteered hundreds of hours to work as the Director for the Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program.
