Biography: Foundations Physio is run by Adam Poulter, a senior physiotherapist with over five years experience working in the NHS, predominantly in community rehabilitation. He specialises in treatment of neurological conditions and elderly rehabilitation within the patient’s own home. We provide physiotherapy around the Surrey and Hampshire borders, covering Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Camberley, Frimley, Farnham and Yateley. We are available to cover other areas on request. Adam graduated from Salford University in 2008 as a qualified physiotherapist and has since worked in Brighton and many of the community hospitals across Surrey. He is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Health Care Professions Council and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology. Adam concentrates on providing high quality care tailored to your personal goals. His approachable manner and up to date treatment techniques assist his patients in achieving optimal results. He has a passion for working with people and enjoys guiding his patients through their journey to recovery.
