Biography: Dr. Jennifer Thomm (“Jenn” as her patients know her) is a life-long resident of Sarnia. Dr. Thomm completed a degree in Genetics from the University of Western Ontario. She then achieved her Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University, one of North America’s finest universities, located in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2003, Dr. Thomm returned to Sarnia to start her career and has owned her practice since 2008. She is the founder and principle dentist of Great Lakes Dental.Dr. Thomm is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. She is a certified provider of Cerec Dentistry (a unique CAD/CAM system for patient-specific ceramic restorations in a single visit). Dr. Thomm devotes many days each year to continuing education seminars, study clubs and conferences in order to keep up to date with the latest changes and techniques in dentistry.
