Biography: I was born and raised in Belarus and moved to Canada in 1989. Edmonton has been my home ever since. I graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in 2000 with a combined BSc, DDS degrees. Upon completion of my studies, I returned to the school to become a part time clinical instructor while working full time in private practice. I enjoy dentistry because, to me, it is a perfect combination of art, science and technical skills. It integrates cutting-edge technologies such as computer-aided design and digital imaging while allowing for old-fashioned human interaction. It is ever-evolving and challenging allowing me to continue learning and improving. I am grateful for all the wonderful patients that have placed their trust in me over the years, they are what makes my career most rewarding.

Biography: I am an alumni of the University of Alberta where I received a BSc. in 1991 and a DDS in 1993, and am a member of the Edmonton and District Dental Society, the Alberta Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. It has been very enjoyable and rewarding practicing a full spectrum of general dentistry in Edmonton for over 19 years. With the goal of improving and challenging myself, I regularly attend in depth continuing education courses to provide up to date technology and treatment to patients.I feel very fortunate to have been able to provide treatment to so many wonderful people over the years and am grateful that I can help to improve their health and quality of life. In 2006, we opened the Groat Plaza Dental office with the hopes of providing comprehensive dental care in a professional and compassionate environment.

Biography: I graduated from the dental hygiene program at Dalhousie University in 1999. Since then I have worked in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta as a hygienist. Although most of my career I worked in Calgary I moved to the Edmonton area in 2010 and very much enjoy living and working here. I am passionate about dentistry and take a broad spectrum of continuing education courses often to keep current and knowledgeable. I have completed the J.P. periodontal therapy program at the Las Vegas Institute as well as the laser dentistry course sponsored by Oral Science. Getting to know my patients is enjoyable. I am empathetic and strive to have patients comfortable in the operatory and hope they enjoy their dental hygiene experiences here as much as I do.
