Biography: Jo Sealey trained at Bath University and graduated in 1995 with BSC (Hons) in Physiotherapy. After qualifying, Jo moved to Portsmouth and gained experience as a junior physiotherapist in a variety of specialities. Her career since has been in the musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy. Jo joined the Grosvenor team in 2003 and continued her work in the NHS alongside this until 2008 when she joined Grosvenor full-time. Jo enjoys a varied case load but her special interests include spinal pain (in particular neck pain,) rehabilitation, acupuncture and medico-legal work. Jo is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapy (AACP) and Medico-Legal Association of Physiotherapists (MLACP) as well as HPC and CSP membership. HPC No. PH48827 CSP No. 055045

Mrs Lindsey Wimshurst

Biography: Lindsey qualified from the University of Brighton in 2006 with a Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.Lindsey started her career in musculoskeletal outpatients in Southampton before returning to Portsmouth to take up a rotational post gaining experience in a wide variety of rehabilitation specialities. Lindsey joined the team at Grosvenor Clinic in January 2015 and has since trained in adapted tai chi, acupuncture and electro-acupuncture which she is now incorporating into her practice. As well as experience in musculoskeletal outpatients, rehabilitation and long term conditions Lindsey has a particular interest in hockey and golf related injuries.

Mrs Karen Dwight

Biography: Karen qualified as a Physiotherapist from the West London Institute of Higher Education in 1991. She worked at Roehampton Hospital, London gaining a wide range of experience in all specialities including burns and plastics. In 1994, Karen specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients as a Senior Physiotherapist and has since gained experience in subsequent years working for the NHS and privately in Kent, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. In 1997, she completed a post graduate diploma in Physiotherapy in Occupational Health, expanding her knowledge in musculoskeletal disorders and ergonomics. Karen has a special interest in Pilates and qualified as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in 2001. She is also a Level 3 Pilates Registered Exercise Professional. Karen has experience conducting Pilates classes, 1:1 sessions and tailored Pilates exercises to help manage musculoskeletal conditions. She is currently working towards her Level 4 qualification in Pilates. Karen enjoys a varied caseload but has special interest areas of hand therapy, Pilates and acupuncture. She is a member of the AACP, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Karen has returned to her Hampshire roots and joined Grosvenor Physiotherapy in 2013.
