Biography: Born in 1980 in Istanbul, Volkan Osman Uyar graduated from Private German High School in 1999, where he completed his middle and high school education. In the same year he started dental education at Marmara University Dental Faculty and completed it in 2004. In 2004, he started his dentistry in his own clinic between 2008 and 2008, and then in 2008 he started his specialty training at the Department of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Yeditepe University. In 2012, he received the title of "Orthodontic specialist" with his doctoral dissertation study named "The Newly Developed Mini Implant Ring Apparatus's Minivida Stability and Impact Resistance Against Forces in Different Directions". Continuing his professional education, Dr. Volkan Osman Uyar follows many professional congresses and courses abroad and in the country. Dr. Volkan Osman Uyar Turkish Dentist Association, Turkish Orthodontic Society, European Orthodontic Society active member.
