She completed her post graduation in OBG from the Vinayaka Mission University followed by fellowship in ultrasound at Annamalai University. Dr. Ayshwarya has special interest in Ovulatory disorders, PCOS, Ovarian Ageing and Minimal invasive surgery in infertility. She is developing innovative treatment programs and providing high quality infertility care to the patient. Dr.Srisailesh is internationally recognised for his Excellency in developing customised treatment protocols. He received medical degree in Johns Medical Institute, Bangalore India. Subsequently He trained in world renowned St.Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, to obtain prestigious sub-speciality accreditation by the RCOG in reproductive medicine He worked as a consultant in ART at Leicester Fertility Unit in UK. He relocated to India to make use of his best-Learnt skills and expertise to provide quality fertility services with western blend.During his illustrated career in U.K, he was involved in many research projects that was presented at various international Conferences. Dr. Srisailesh is more passionate in teaching and he is the lovable teacher, he trained many Gynaecologist in India,in the field of Reproductive Medicine. He is the successful Promoter, Head of women’s service,Clinical Director and Lead clinician – ART services of Ovum hospitals, Bangalore. His main interest is in OvulationInduction, Uterine Receptivity, Recurrent Miscarriages, Implantation failure and Poor Ovarian reserve. He is highly experienced in dealing with technically difficult cases of Egg Collection and Embryo Transfer, including abdominal ovum pick up and Transmyometrial transfer. He is also an accredited trainer in infertility and ultrasound and as a lead Clinician in quality assurance of ACU (Assisted concepts units). He also planned, Guided, Commissioned more than 20 IVF Centres in India. He is an active member of ESHRE(The European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) BFS(British Fertility Society) ASRM(American Society for Reproductive medicine) ISAR( Indian Society For Assisted Reproduction)
