Biography: Growing up in the 60s in Hungary, I was impressed by some adults who were 'different' in what they chose to eat and in how active they were. These people did not look nor act their age, they were much more vibrant and younger than the average person.I wanted to be like them and that’s when my interest in nutrition and sports began.As I learned about how the body and mind function together in harmony with one’s nutrition and environment, I wanted to optimize my own health and my own athletic performance. This led me to study and consume herbs, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, homeopathic preparations, superfoods, antioxidants, etc. Later on, I took up cleansing, detoxing, emotional balancing, adequate sunshine, rest and relaxation techniques, and drinking quality water. The result?I felt different; I felt incredible!I was convinced that ‘this is the way to live’ – and later decided to devote myself to this cause by learning as much as I could within Naturopathy.
