Biography: Laura is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is interested in clinical dietetics and patient health outcomes. She has completed various clinical placements, and has studied a range of dietetics issues, including neurology and orthopaedics. Laura has a thorough understanding of varying patient nutrition issues, in particular the impact of Coeliac Disease. Her work can encompass and cater to all diet requirements or regulations. Laura enjoys getting to know her patients and highly enjoys seeing her results in action.

Biography: Bart has years of clinical experience working as a psychologist with a strong background in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and chronic pain management.Bart works with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, adjustment issues, and loss and grief. Client centred and empathic, Bart is dedicated to helping hisclients by developing an individualised treatment plan to suit their unique needs. He draws from training and experience with the following approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients towards optimal wellbeing.
