She has had a long-time special interest in skin disorders and holds a diploma in practical dermatology from the University of Cardiff in Wales. She has been practicing non-invasive cosmetic medicine for eleven years and has received training in Canada and the United States in both sclerotherapy, cosmetic procedures and laser technology.
