Biography: Well known as a gifted, skilled and innovative surgeon, Dr.Tarshis received his undergraduate and medical education from the Faculty of Medicine University of Toronto. Dr.Tarshis' postgraduate surgical training was at the University of Toronto and at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles California , a U. C.L.A. teaching hospital known worldwide for its association with the movie, modelling and entertainment industry. Following further cosmetic surgical training in the U.S.,Brazil,Italy and France Dr.Tarshis founded the INSTITUTE of COSMETIC SURGERY in 1991, in Toronto Canada.
