Biography: I qualified as a beauty therapist 25 years ago. My parents are my inspiration and they have always made me feel anything is possible (apart from singing …… because I’m just dreadful) Therefore at a young age I opened Josephine Health and Beauty Studio and never looked back. The best part of my job is making a client feel good about themselves, whether that’s from an encouraging comment to transforming a client’s skin. I meet people from all walks of life and find people so interesting. We are fortunate enough to have such lovely clients and that’s probably why I remain a hands-on therapist.

Biography: I have been at the salon for 16 years now, practically part of the furniture! My proudest achievement has got to be being a mother to two amazing daughters. The eldest of 17 years old was not even 1 when I joined Josephine’s and in this ever growing social media world, are both conscious about their looks and the latest trends which definitely keeps me on my toes. My biggest passion is making sure all our clients are greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel special. Good customer service is I hope what keeps our regular customers coming back as well as the amazing job all our therapist do. One of my favourite parts of my job is being guinea pig to the girls testing out new treatments. If I had to pick my favourite treatments it would be pedicures and hot stone massages. I love having pretty toes especially gels which last for ages! And as for hot stones, you need to try them to believe how relaxing and tension releasing they make you feel. You will definitely float out of the salon!
