Our Centre for Cornea & Anterior Segment Microsurgery at Karkhanis Super-Speciality Hospital, is a well-equipped 15- bedded hospital set-up in a space measuring about 6000 sq.ft at Soham Gardens, North-East Wing,Manpada, Thane. It is a spacious, state- of-the-art hospital, designed and well equipped to cater to all surgical procedures involving the anterior segment of the eye, especially the cornea and Cataract. I have been extensively trained in management of Cataract , Refractive surgery and corneal transplantation. Our centre-Government Recognized for corneal transplantation- boasts of a dedicated operation theatre for Corneal Transplantation surgery.
We adhere to a strict quality control policy and take pride in using the best possible equipment for our patients.

I am a highly trained Cataract & Cornea Specialist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmology, London and Glasgow. Following that, I have also done a Fellowship in Cornea & Anterior Segment Microsurgery from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. I was also awarded a fellowship in Cornea & Refractive surgery by the International Council of Ophthalmology at the Queen Victoria Hospital, UK. I am also on the advisory panel of the International Rotary Eye Bank, Bombay.
