Biography: Bethany is the Practice Manager and Head of HR at Karma House and ensures the smooth running of the clinic. She oversees all clerical duties and supports the Director as her EA providing an efficient secretarial service.She carries out all marketing and advertising activities alongside the daily running of the clinic. Bethany works to achieve 100% client satisfaction for all those who visit the clinic, gaining trust and loyalty from our clients. She is CIPD qualified in addition to holding NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service and Business Skills.

Biography: Elyssa has been working within the beauty industry for over 10 years and now utilises her knowledge and expertise in advanced aesthetics. Providing treatments such as Plasma Lift, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Skin Pen and AlumierMD Skin Peels.Elyssa studied Health and Beauty over 12 years ago and for the past 10 years has successfully been providing treatments to a large client base.After working as Assistant Manager at a beauty salon in Mansfield, Elyssa set up her own business expanding her services. Elyssa then decided to take time away from her business to bring up her three children. Returning to the beauty industry back in 2013, Elyssa continues to expand and develop her skills and now joins the team at Karma House working in Advanced Aesthetics.

She ensures that every patient receives the same high standard of care and support, through every stage of the procedure and after care. Ruth is an expert in IPL hair removal and laser skin revitalisation.With over 30 years of experience in both the teaching and practice of holistic therapies, Ruth takes pride in her caring approach to her patients’ needs. Although Ruth is proficient in a wide range of therapies, her specialisation is IPL Hair Removal for both men and women.

Caron completed her training in Paramedical Tattooing in the United States and has spent over 20 years working through both the NHS and private clinics as support for surgeons.As one of the first in the UK to specialise in areola restoration for those who need reconstructive surgery following breast cancer, Caron has a wealth of experience dealing with even the most vulnerable of patients. Caron’s expertise expands to include a range of procedures including semi-permanent eyeliner, lip liner, eyebrows, and is an experienced skin treatment expert and aesthetic specialist.Caron’s expertise is not just with the physical aesthetic; she can also help patients with the emotional side of having treatment and can be a calming influence on both patients and staff. This helps to keep everyone motivated toward the final goal of helping you to achieve the look you deserve.
