Lakky Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is based on ground floor in Arena Business Centre in Basing View which is a very popular location close to Town Centre in Basingstoke.
Our team of highly skilled Physiotherapists have been working for NHS Basingstoke in close liaison with GPs and Consultants and have been looking after the health of the local community in Basingstoke for last 6 years.
We thoroughly evaluate, diagnose & treat conditions like low back pain, neck pain and tension headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee and ankle pain; sports injuries, work or whiplash accidents, arthritis and Post Fracture and Post-operative Surgery Rehabilitation.
We advise on management of pain and use evidence-based techniques like Manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesio-taping, exercise program and rehabilitation and latest healing technologies like Shockwave therapy and Ultrasound to restore your health and function.
Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, diagnosing patient conditions and administering injections (cortisone and hyaluronic acid). Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist also refers for appropriate diagnosis i.e MRI, X-Rays and Ultrasound to Hampshire Clinic.
We are open Monday-Friday: 08.00-21.00 and Saturday: 09.00-17.00. We are recognized by all major Health Insurance Companies and also accept self-referrals.

Biography: Lakky qualified as Physiotherapist in 2001 and has over 16 years of expertise in Management of Musculoskeletal conditions, Sports injuries and Trauma & orthopedics.Lakky currently works as MSK Physiotherapy Team Leader for Hampshire Health (Virgin care). He has keen interest in Musculoskeletal field with expertise in Sports injuries and Rehabilitation. He works in close liaison with orthopedic consultants, Pain clinic consultants and Multi-disciplinary Team.Lakky is also a keen sportsmen, plays cricket and badminton in his leisure time.

Biography: André qualified in 2010 in Portugal, at Aveiro University. Since then, André has been working as a Physio in the musculoskeletal field in public, private, sports and medico-legal settings. André currently works as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with the NHS, through Virgin Care. André has a keen, enthusiastic and contagious interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, always committed with being up-to-date, bridging the gap between research and practice, to achieve the best outcome possible. He has training in Ktape and advanced mobilisation techniques which broadens the spectrum of the care he provides. In his spare time, André enjoys travelling, beach and going for a relaxing bike ride through the countryside.

Nehal currently works as Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for Hampshire Health and In-patient Bank Physiotherapist for Orthopaedic/Gynaecological surgeries at Princess Margaret Hospital, BMI. Nehal is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist; her skills are manual therapy and Acupuncture for pain relief and areas of expertise involve management of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, hydrotherapy, falls management and Women’s Health.
