Biography: Mike qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1986 and went on to become Head Physiotherapist in the National Health Service at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, The Birmingham Accident Hospital and Selly Oak hospital Birmingham and was an honoury lecturer at Birmingham University.Whilst working within the NHS Mike was instrumental in setting up Birmingham Sports injuries clinics within these departments in conjunction with Professor Sir Keith Porter FRCS Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.Following a career as a successful international athlete winning numerous national titles as a sprinter and hurdler Mike became Head Physiotherapist To The British Olympic Athletics Teams for the 1992 Barcelona , 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and also numerous World and European Championships and Commonwealth Games from 1989 to 2000.
