From 2001 to 2003 Dr Lage worked in Portugal in private practices and was Dental Assistant in the Department of Endodontics (Root Canal Treatments) at ISCSEM in Lisbon. Dr Lage completed a Diploma in Endodontics from the University of Valencia (Spain) in 2003.

In 2010 she moved to New York, and spent the next 3 years at New York University (NYU), where she successfully completed a full time advanced program in Prosthodontics and in Implant Dentistry. She gained experience in all aspects of Dental Implantology and learned the latest techniques to achieve long term predictability. She completed single, partial and full arch restorations on implants as well as teeth.

In 2014 Dr Lage became a Fellow in Implant Dentistry by the University of Miami. Dr Lage Worked in the UK in mixed NHS and Private dental practices from March 2003 to May 2009. Currently working exclusively at Natureza Dental Practice since June 2009. Dr Lage has a special interest in Implant Dentistry, Mercury free Dentistry, Root Canal Treatments (Endodontics), and Cosmetic Dentistry (crowns, bridges, veneers, teeth whitening). He is very calm and very good with children and nervous patients. Jose speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish and is trying to improve his Italian and French. Outside dentistry José loves football, swimming, painting, music and reading.
