Biography: Since graduating from UWIC in1997 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry, Gafin has remained committed to his research and development within the podiatry field, completing postgraduate courses in Biomechanics, Podiatric Orthotic Therapy, Muscle Balance Techniques and Acupuncture.Gafin currently works full-time in Musculoskeletal Podiatry and Biomechanics within the health service in South Wales and holds specialist clinics in Occupational Health (Staff Health) and Orthopaedic triage. He is also carrying out a research degree (MPHil) at Cardiff University researching the benefits of Foot Orthotic Therapy in patients with foot, ankle and knee problems.
