About Pilates Clinic Retford
Pilates Clinic Retford is run by a Chartered Physiotherapist in the centre of Retford; ideal for local residents and those in surrounding villages.
Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There is a maximum number of 11 clients to any 1 class, allowing for ongoing supervision. Progression to the next level only occurs when you are ready.
If demand is sufficient, additional classes can be arranged; pregnancy specific, post-natal specific or stroke-rehabilitation specific are just a few examples. Treatment sessions for 2, 3 or 4 friends can also be arranged if desired.
Classes are normally run as a course in blocks of 6 weeks; contact us now to find out when the next course starts and what spaces are available.
1:1 assessments and treatment sessions are continually available.

Biography: Joanne Pritchard MSc, BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC registeredJoanne & Physiotherapy: Joanne graduated from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in 1999 with a 2:1 class honours degree. She continued working in Aberdeen as a junior Physiotherapist in a variety of different clinical areas, before moving into a senior role in South Wales in 2001. In 2003 Joanne specialised in Neurological Physiotherapy for Swansea NHS Trust. She worked primarily in the fields of Elderly Stroke Rehabilitation and Neurological Rehabilitation. In 2007 Joanne graduated from The University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff with an MSc in Physiotherapy (Neurological Rehabilitation). Specialising in Parkinson’s Disease in 2009, Joanne was solely responsible for the provision of highly specialised Neurological Physiotherapy for clients with Parkinson’s Disease in the South West Wales region. Joanne moved to Retford, North Nottinghamshire, in June 2012 and in October 2012 she launched Pilates Clinic Retford.APPI Ante and Post Natal Pilates
