Our doctors are extremely experienced. Jaroslav Tvaruzek M.D., has performed over 1200 gastric sleeve surgeries and Igor Simonik M.D. performs more than 200 gastric sleeve surgeries each year. A patient that weighs 120kg will lose on average 30-40 kg in the first year after the surgery.

Biography: MUDr. Igor Šimoník graduated in General Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno.He begun his career in 1999 at the Bakeš Surgical Hospital in Brno as a surgeon. In 2002, he obtained a first grade medical postgraduate certificate.Since 2003, he has been working in St. Zdislava Hospital in Mostiště. He focuses on abdominal surgery, vascular surgery and robotic surgery.He holds a senior surgeon license and an international license authorizing robotic operations.In 2004 he founded and now leads a bariatric clinic.
