Here at Precision Dental, Cosmetic & Implant Clinic we provide a full range of services; Hygiene, whitening, veneers, implants, orthodontics, emergency treatment and more recently facial aesthetics.

Dr Stephen Ball
- Principal Dentist

Biography: Stephen qualified from Sheffield University in 1990 and has worked in the current premises since 1997. Changes in the practice led to a rename and in 2006 Precision Dental was formed with Stephen as the Principal Dentist. Stephen has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and holds a postgraduate certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. Since 2009 he has spent a large amount of his time straightening teeth using the cosmetic alignment system Six Month Smiles. In recognition of his experience in this field he has recently been appointed as a Six Month Smiles Mentor dentist. This prestigious accolade means that, as a Mentor, Stephen teaches other dentists how to provide Tooth Straightening services for their patients. When not straightening teeth and improving your smile you may catch Stephen on the golf course. GDC no 65752
Dr Jemma Booker

Biography: Jemma qualified from the University of Manchester in August 2010 with her BDS after initially completing a BSc(Hons) in Biomedical Materials Science in 2005 and since then has worked in the Rotherham area. She joined the team here at Precision at the beginning of April, currently working for the practice on a Monday. Jemma has a keen interest in furthering her knowledge and skills in Restorative Cosmetic Dentistry and also Short Term Adult Orthodontics and will be offering the 6 Month Smiles treatment to patients from late September. Outside of dentistry, Jemma enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog on walks and also hitting the gym to achieve her fitness goals 3 times a week. She is a friendly, approachable team member who is driven by delivering good all round patient care. GDC no 193017
Dr Alex Jones

Biography: Alex is an implant dentist who places dental implants at several practices around South Yorkshire. Alex graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1999 and has extensive experience in general practice which has given him grounding in all aspects of dental care, allowing a comprehensive approach to patient care. Alex has undertaken countless hours of training in Dental Implantology and has been placing implants since 2007. He has placed over 1000 implants and also provides bone grafting, sinus lifts and treatment using implants to replace teeth on the same day. Alex exclusively places Nobel Biocare implants and has spoken for them on various aspects of dental implant treatment. Alex is married with 3 children and, outside of work, is a keen racing cyclist. Biography: Jill joined the team at Precision Dental in 2005 and works with us on Mondays and Wednesdays. She works closely with Stephen supporting his patients gain excellent oral health through a combination of education and treatment.
