We offer expert clinical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of injuries, aches and pains. Our therapists are knowledgeable and have a wide range of experience, as well as excellent hands-on skills. We aim to help you regain fitness or relieve your pain in the shortest possible time. We also help to prevent the occurrence of further injuries by addressing all areas of health and fitness.
Typical conditions treated include;
- Neck and back disorders
- Problems including prolapsed discs, sciatica, lumbago and referred leg and arm pains
- Sports and soft tissue injuries
- Strains, sprains and damage to the soft tissue e.g. muscles, ligaments, nerves and tendons
- Joint problems Including arthritis, rheumatic disorders, painful swelling and stiffness in joints such as shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles
- Repetitive strain and overuse injuries – We can provide treatment of the problems and include ergonomic assessments and preventative advice
- Postural dysfunction – we can improve or correct postural problems and muscle imbalances
- Fractures – Correct rehabilitation from fractures can increase the healing rate and return to full function
- Orthopaedic conditions – Such as rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, e.g. knee cartilage operations or ligament repair, shoulder or back surgery

Jack Harrison

Biography: Jack is a Sports Therapist, Personal Trainer and Director of Precision Health & Fitness.He has been involved in sports and fitness as long as he can remember. When he was younger his main sport was gymnastics which he still trains in recreationally.He graduated from the University of Chichester with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy in 2008. Since then he has worked with members of the public and professional/elite athletes working to assist recovery and prevent injuries.After completing his degree he gained entry to the Register of Exercise Professionals as an Advanced Personal Trainer Level 3. He now has many years of personal training experience, having trained people from all walks of life, in a variety of different conditions from professional athletes to older members of the public who want help staying active and mobile.

Miss Jessica Smith

Biography: Jessica completed her degree with honours in Sports Therapy at the University of Chichester; she is registered with the Society of Sports Therapists.Jessica is experienced in both clinical and sporting environments. She has previously worked with Totton FC, Portsmouth Grammar School Rugby Club and Winchester Rugby Club delivering pitch-side first aid, treatment pre and post matches and also during training sessions. Jess has a real passion for sport coming from a gymnastic background. Having started gymnastics at the age of 5 and has competed to a high level in British tournaments, championships and internationals (titled British Champion in 2002) up until February 2010 when she retired.It was this love of sport, knowledge and experience of injuries that inspired her interest in sports therapy. She has also taken part in pre/post race massage at many running events and done charity massage work at the Great South Run for the past 2 years. Jessica’s approach is always to find and treat the underlying cause to each problem, her aim is to treat the root of the problem not just the symptoms. She also believes that educating the patient in understanding the cause and mechanism of their own pain is a major part of the rehabilitation process. Jessica is available for Injury Treatment and Sports Massage.

Mr Rachid Louali

Biography: Rachid graduated from Brunel University in 2006 with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science. He traveled to the USA where he worked for the MLS as a coach and player development officer. He returned to the UK and completed a masters degree in Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Science at Brighton University.Rachid has worked all across the South East region at doctor’s surgeries and private practices. He is a very hands on therapist and has a fantastic success rate with clients.Rachid is also a keen athlete, taking part in many different sports. He is a fitness enthusiast and loves training with a huge repertoire of techniques.
