This family owned physiotherapy clinic in Peterborough in Cambridgeshire has provided quality treatments to patients for three generations. The condition of the patient is accurately diagnosed at the clinic, evidence based and effective treatments performed and advice provided to prevent the recurrence of the condition. Services provided include manual physiotherapy, exercise therapy and muscle strengthening techniques, electrotherapy including ultrasound, interferential therapy and TENS, post operative and post fracture rehabilitation, acupuncture and suitable treatments for sports injuries and work related injuries.

Biography: BSc (Hons) MCSP SRPHelen is a very dynamic, skilled physiotherapist who graduated from the University Of Birmingham with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 1996. She attended the World Student Games in Japan in 1995 as part of the Great Britain Medical Team and won the University prize for her research dissertation. She gained experience in working in diverse areas of the NHS in the Birmingham and Bristol area as well as in the Sports Injury Clinic at the University of Bath . She has provided physiotherapy to various sporting individuals and teams during her career, including Bristol Rovers Youth Football Academy and numerous Olympic Athletes.Helen enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy although her specific area of interest is in the treatment of sports injuries and this is reflected by her position as a committee member on a National Association of sports physiotherapists. She is particularly interested in treating patients as individuals and taking a very holistic view of their condition. As Clinical Director at Prestons, this is why she is keen to develop a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Biography: Phil retrained as a Sports and Remedial Massage Practitioner, qualifying in Feb 2004 at the London School of Sports Massage and is member of the Sports Massage Assosiation and the Institute of Sports and Remedial MassageHe has a special interest in running injuries, but his clinical experience covers a very wide spectrum of soft tissue injury situations. Dedicated to CPD, he has undertaken numerous workshops covering advance soft tissue techniques, such as Myofasial release, Active Isolated Stretching, Joint evaluation, Postural Evaluation and core stability.
