Biography: Dr.Murat Emiroglu, was born in Ankara on June 15, 1961. Primary education in 1972 in Ankara Vefik Pasha Elementary, middle and high school education was completed in 1979 at the Ankara Anatolian High School. In the same year he entered the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. While continuing medical education, General Surgery Internship Program, part of the University of Ferrara in Italy, Professor of Medicine Ippolito finished Surgery Department at Donnini's presidency.
